THE ATMOSPHERE

Built in 2019, the vacation rental ARENA has kept its natural environment, in the heart of a sand dune. Special attention has been given to the preservation of this natural site, and to the choice of outdoor plants, we love that! Welcome to a state-of-the-art architect villa in the style of a Hollywood villa.

THE VILLA

The villa can be accessed through the lovely dune garden. It’s just like a desert full of sand, cacti and aloe vera plants! At the top of the stairs leading to the villa, you are welcome by a beautiful wooden entrance door and two lovely Moroccan lamps on each side. The entrance hall leads to an office with desk and a home movie theater. On your left, there is the fully equipped kitchen open onto the dining and living area for more openness. The layout of the villa is unique and the main living area boasts incredible natural daylight thanks to the many sliding glass windows. The living room has a beautiful cast pan and very comfortable sofas. As a bonus? A carefully handpicked interior decor with designer items and furniture! It brings a lot of character to the whole villa. On the first floor you find the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms and on the lower floor you have 2 extra bedrooms with bathrooms to welcome more travellers.

THE BEDROOMS

The first floor features 1 ensuite bedroom with double bed and bathroom, 2 ensuites bedroom with double beds and shower rooms. In addition, there is a fourth double bedroom with a separate bathroom. Every bedroom has been designed so everyone can enjoy its own personal space. In most bedrooms you can find pretty photographs from the 1970s displaying beachfront villas and ocean living… On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. The first bedroom has bunk beds and the second features 2 single beds. Both rooms open onto the garden and have access to a terrace. Finally you can sleep 3 more people in the pool house, the perfect place to welcome a couple with a kid. It has a double bed, another room with a single bed and a bathroom with Italian shower and WC.

HOW CONVENIENT

You can park 2 cars within the property. A plancha (flat iron plate like a barbecue grill) is available for Al-fresco dining and you can also use the outdoor shower by the pool house. It’s perfect to rinse off your wetsuit and beach equipment! And of course, we find the home movie theater very convenient; there are so many DVDs to choose from!

WHAT WE LOVE

Its gorgeous designer furniture and interior decor. Everything has been carefully chosen and it’s a lovely blend of styles. We particularly love the state-of-the-art wooden table of the dining area; it’s absolutely stunning! And how not to fall in love with the pool (5x15 meters) and the many terraces from where you can relax all day long!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

ARENA is a vacation villa in Anglet located in a residential chic neighborhood of Chiberta. Living under the pine trees you are within a 15-minute walk of the nearest beach, La Barre. You can go for a swim or a surf anytime of the day! Shops and restaurants of Chambre d’Amour neighborhood are about a 8-minute car ride. If you want to rent bicycles, you can enjoy the many cycling paths of the area. They take you all the way to Bayonne along the Adour river, or within the Chiberta woods.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS

Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-8PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 8pm, an extra fee will be applied: From 8 pm to 10 pm - €50 From 10 pm to Midnight - €80 From Midnight to 6 am - €120 From 6am to 8am - 80€
