Welcome to your dream villa, welcome to the villa COMOE, a villa built in the 1970s and renovated with style. Both vintage and very modern, the decoration of the villa is original and very warm. Outside, COMOE offers a smart and well-tended garden, with grandiose pool area with pool house and terrace.

THE VILLA

COMOE is a villa designed for sharing good moments and living together in the greatest comfort: fully equipped kitchen and back kitchen, laundry room, double living room with fireplace and reading corner, everyone will find their own space to enjoy their holidays. Both design and comfort, a peaceful atmosphere emanates from the living rooms. While staying at COMOE, you will always find something to do: The villa has an incredible library, a fabulous collection of vinyl records but also a cinema corner with overhead projector on the first floor. For sports enthusiasts, there is a gym with a hamam room. An independent outbuilding has been added to the main villa. It consists of a double bedroom with shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV corner and even a terrace from which you can have lunch and enjoy sunny days.

THE BEDROOMS

The main villa consists of 6 bedrooms and an outbuilding with an extra bedroom. There are 3 double bedrooms with their own shower rooms in the left side of the villa. The right side hosts the master suite, consisting of an office, a double bedroom, a large dressing room and a bathroom with bath and shower. In the continuity of this room, you will find another double room with a shower, as well as a children's room equipped with two twin beds and a shower.

PRACTICAL SIDE

4 cars can be parked on the property. You will also have access to a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the pool side, the pool house is equipped with a plancha, but also with a toilet and an outdoor shower. You can also store your boards and bikes at the back of the pool house in complete safety.

WHAT WE LOVE

The Villa COMOE has a gym with hammam, a cinema with overhead projector, a huge swimming pool of 18 meters long, a sublime decoration, an incredible garden, the rooms are spacious and cozy ... Finally we love absolutely everything in this villa.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Villa COMOE is a villa to rent in Anglet, in the residential and privileged area of Chiberta. Under the pine trees, you are only about 8 minutes walking from the nearest beach, the beach of the riders in Anglet. You will be able to go swimming, enjoy the beach or surf without any constraint. The shops and restaurants of the Chambre d'Amour are an 8-minute drive away. If you wish to hire bicycles, there are numerous cycle paths within easy reach. They allow you to go to Bayonne along the Adour river, or to explore the Chiberta forest at your leisure!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS

Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-8PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 8pm, an extra fee will be applied:

From 8 pm to 10 pm - €50

From 10 pm to Midnight - €80

From Midnight to 6 am - €120

From 6am to 8am - 80€
