Located in the very heart of historic BIARRITZ this 2011 fully renovated apartment can be called a perfect mix between contemporary design and charm of the old, majestic days.

THE APARTMENT

With its modern interior, high ceilings and brick wall, MIRAMAR's living room has been newly redecorated with a colorful and contemporary new look to make you feel right at home. We absolutely love the design blue couch in the shape of wave ! A bar area which sits up to 6 people is part of the fully equipped kitchen of this stunning holiday rental apartment. The shiny black cabinets, the stainless steel appliances and a stove you would normally only find in top-class restaurants, invite you to prepare exquisite meals…

THE BEDROOMS

MIRAMAR and its fully renovated 3 bedrooms provide a delightful 5-star hotel feeling. Every room has recently been given a fresh new look with design furniture and beautiful art work and surf photos. The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and an en-suite Italian shower with bathroom sink. While one room can be converted into a King size bed or two single beds, you do also have one room with a Queen size bed.

HOW CONVENIENT

You have 2 parking spots in front of the apartment. When you book this apartment you can enjoy a free access to the outdoor swimming pool facing the ocean of the Hotel Sofitel MIRAMAR right next to the apartment!

WHAT WE LOVE

The centerpiece of this holiday home is definitely the open-concept living area. Only the huge sliding glass door separates you from the private terrace from where you access stunning ocean views of Miramar beach ! We love to be able to listen to the sound of waves crashing or to admire the views from the terrace.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The neighborhood has a long and illustrious past - the Hôtel du Palais and Imperial Spa are just a few steps away and downtown BIARRITZ is a 3-minute walk from MIRAMAR. With the quiet and uncrowded Miramar beach right under your luxury vacation home, you cannot get any closer to the beach. Also a short walk away is the lighthouse, which will give you some perspective.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS

Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-8PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 8pm, an extra fee will be applied:

From 8 pm to 10 pm - €50

From 10 pm to Midnight - €80

From Midnight to 6 am - €120

From 6am to 8am - 80€
