THE ATMOSPHERE

Villa Margot is a friendly house just renovated and designed to welcome your family and friends in the greatest comfort. This magnificent townhouse stand out from the crowd thanks to its sobriety and elegance. Decorated with light and bright colours, the villa inspires to relaxation. The retro character of the villa has been preserved through the vaulted doors, the marble tiles of the entrance and the sumptuous wooden staircase.

THE VILLA

The entrance of the house is in a sumptuous antic hall, serving the main living rooms. To the left of the central staircase, a large living room with TV will allow you to relax at any time of the day. On the other side, the dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen opens onto the terrace. The outside terrace will allow you to enjoy the sunshine on the sunbathing area around the Spa (from April the 1rst to September the 30th). You can also have lunch with your family around a large outdoor table.

THE BEDROOMS

The Night side space is divided into two parts. A first outbuilding with bathroom and sitting area is located underground. Although this outbuilding is connected to the house, you will also be able to access it independently via an independent entrance. On the first floor you will find 3 additional double bedrooms. The master suite has a TV, and a nice dressing room behind which is hidden a beautiful bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The two other double bedrooms are sharing a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

PRACTICAL SIDE

Numerous storage spaces are available in Villa Margot for your comfort. You will also be able to park a car safely within the property. What we love After a surfing day or shopping day in the streets of Biarritz, the Villa Margot's spa will allow you to relax and spend a moment of rest with your loved ones. In addition, the outbuilding, with a bedroom and a lounge, will allow you to invite your friends or accommodate your teenagers in complete independence.

Also note that the SPA can be used on request outside the opening periods (extra charge of 350€).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Located in a quiet street, close to the beach and shops, Villa Margot is ideal for your holidays in Biarritz. During the day, you can enjoy the famous beach of the Côte des Basques within walking distance to sunbathe or for a surfing session. Day and night, you will be able to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Les Halles de Biarritz, less than 5 minutes walking from your accommodation.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS

Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-8PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 8pm, an extra fee will be applied:

From 8 pm to 10 pm - €50

From 10 pm to Midnight - €80

From Midnight to 6 am - €120

From 6am to 8am - 80€
