THE SETTING & ATMOSPHERE

Eagle is a pretty holiday home located a few minutes walk from the beaches of Anglet, in a quiet residential area; ideal for your family holidays or your stays with friends. 

Although the villa does not have a swimming pool, you will appreciate its large wooden terrace to enjoy the sunshine. Please note that work is underway on a neighbouring property; although a natural barrier has been installed at eye level to obstruct the view of the work, a crane is still visible from the terrace. Please do not hesitate to ask the reservation department for more information on this subject.

THE VILLA

EAGLE is a 150m2 villa that can accommodate up to 10 people. 

You will enter the villa through the living room, which consists of the lounge, the dining room and the kitchen. 

A counter, from which you can have lunch or enjoy an aperitif with friends, separates the kitchen from the dining room. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa from which to relax. The living room has a wood burning stove and air conditioning. 

THE BEDROOMS

The sleeping area is spread over two levels. 

On the first floor, there is a beautiful, totally independent master suite with a shower room and dressing room. 

The ground floor has 4 additional bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, and a children's bedroom with a single bed and a study area. 

These 4 bedrooms share a large shower room with double washbasin, and are equipped with storage space.

PRACTICAL AREA

You can park up to 3 cars safely inside the property. The terrace is also equipped with an outdoor shower for your return from the beach.

WHAT WE LOVE

The villa is equipped with a TV/cinema room with overhead projector! You will be able to watch your favourite films in the greatest comfort. Note that you can also connect directly to your Netflix/ Amazon Prime account from the Smart TV.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Villa Eagle is located in a quiet residential area between the golf course and the sea. 

Located only 6 minutes walk from the Golf de l'impératrice, and about 15 minutes walk from the beach, you can enjoy a stay all on foot by choosing to stay in the villa Eagle in Anglet. Better still, we recommend that you hire bikes to take advantage of the many cycle paths in Anglet. You will be able to reach the beach in 5 minutes, or the city centre of Biarritz in 15 minutes.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS

Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-8PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 8pm, an extra fee will be applied:

From 8 pm to 10 pm - €50

From 10 pm to Midnight - €80

From Midnight to 6 am - €120

From 6am to 8am - 80€
